eteWallet is a software platform operated by ETEFORM.COM LTD. It provides technology (accounts, interfaces, and an internal ledger) so you can fund a platform balance through licensed processors and submit transfer requests that specialised providers may execute.
2. Roles
- The Company operates the software platform and internal ledger.
- A payment processor handles card payments (receipts and payment methods may be linked to your email).
- Specialised providers execute sends to Egyptian wallets and supported bank paths.
- Virtual cards, where offered, are issued under a licensed card program.
3. Platform balance
The balance shown in your account is an internal ledger of amounts available for transfer requests within your limits.
4. Timing and outcomes
Operation status is shown in your account. Timing and completion depend on processors, networks, and destination rules.
