Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026. By using eteWallet you agree to these terms with ETEFORM.COM LTD (UK).
The service
eteWallet provides personal wallet and merchant payment tools. Features may depend on account type, verification status, and applicable laws.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts for risk, abuse, or legal reasons.
Payments & fees
Merchant payments may include a platform commission. Card processing and bank payouts are performed by licensed third-party processors under their rules and under contract with ETEFORM.COM LTD. By agreeing to these terms or continuing as a merchant on eteWallet, you also agree to the payment processor Connected Account Agreement (required for bank payouts), as updated from time to time. Virtual cards
When you issue or reload an EteWallet virtual card, we debit your wallet balance and load that value onto your card for spend. Cards may be reloadable. Full card number and CVV are shown only inside your authenticated dashboard and are not stored in plain text by EteWallet after display. Virtual cards are not bank deposits and are not FDIC insured. Card network and card program rules apply.
Fees, cancellation and refunds
eteWallet merchant and business accounts are supplied on a business-to-business basis. Platform fees, commissions and charges that have been incurred or authorised are non-refundable, and paid subscription or onboarding charges are non-cancellable for change of mind or third-party processor outcomes, except where ETEFORM.COM LTD fails to provide the contracted platform service due to its own material breach (in which case any remedy is limited to fees paid for the undelivered service). Processor and network fees charged by licensed payment partners are governed by their rules and are typically non-refundable once processed. If you use eteWallet as a consumer under UK law, nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
SMS verification messages
By submitting your mobile number in eteWallet signup or Security settings and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive transactional SMS from eteWallet / ETEFORM.COM LTD for one-time passwords and security authentication. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies (typically one message per verification request). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or contact support@eteform.com. Mobile opt-in data is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Acceptable use
You may not use eteWallet for illegal activity, fraud, sanctioned parties, or attempts to bypass security or compliance controls.
Liability
eteWallet is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETEFORM.COM LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
